So the long rumored remake is finally happening with my boy Zach Snyder at the helm. I am super funking pumped for this one!

EFNY is one of my favorite Carpenter flicks. And given Snyder's style for dark 7 gritty realism it is going to be interesting to see just how much of that he puts into this film. I really hope they cast Wyatt Russel in the role of Snake. It would be fucking perfect!

What do you guys think?

I like Zack, but his last three flicks (all under Netflix) were pretty mediocre and indefensible. If he can lay off the constant cartoony greenscreening and CGI'ing damn near everything, I can have more hope.

Maybe it could be his comeback flick. I mean, he did break onto the scene pretty strong with a remake no one originally wanted with Dawn of the Dead.

I agree he needs to stay away from Netflix garbage. But yeah Dawn was awesome and his DCEU work was incredible. I have hope for this one
